PLEASE NOTE:
- As per the Constitution, any additional items for discussion will only be allowed at the discretion of the chairman, and only if prior notice is given via email to info@wakkerstroom.co.za
- Should you wish to put your name forward for nomination for any of the committee positions, please do so via email to info@wakkerstroom.co.za
- Voting right belong to fully paid up members only.
- 2013/2014 subs will not be collected at the meeting, as the new committee will decide the new fees.
