Saturday 4th April is the first Saturday of the Month so is the day for our Vlei Walk. Congregate on the raised section of the road just over the bridge on the Amersfoort Rd any time after 6.30am until about 9am. It is Easter Weekend so should be lots of visitors they will be very welcome to come along. The mystery bird (see picture)has been seen around the Vlei for a few days now and we are not sure what species it is. Possibilities include an Osprey or a Juvenile Fish Eagle, come along and give us your opinion.
