The Wakkerstroom Bird Club conducts an outing usually every second Tuesday of the month. This is not only for members; but anyone interested in birding are invited to attend.

Tuesday, 8 September, Outing to Fickland Pan which is about 23km north-west of Wakkerstroom.
Meet at the Wakkerstroom Public Library, to leave at 07h30.
Bring along your coffee or tea and snacks, we can take a slow drive there to do some spotting en route. Contact Claudine (083 347 2770) for details. Please note, I’ll be away from Wakkies, from 2nd Sep, returning on Monday 7th, in the afternoon. My phone will be on and I’ll take calls or return any missed calls.
