Hello again Wakkerstroomers: cyclists, walkers and those who prefer to sit and enjoy the passing parade over a drink!
On the 4th November it will be full moon again, and we will be ushering the moon from the Wakkerstroom Country Inn this month. Let us pimp our bicycles and hiking boots and head out to watch the moon rise.
Please meet at 5:30 at the hotel and the Lavender Ladies will outline the route this month. Please don’t forget to pimp your bikes and bring torches.
Sweepers in vehicles will ensure our safety, and if you would like to volunteer as a sweeper please let Wendy Watson know. It should be warm enough to have a meal and /or a drink on the verandah of the hotel afterwards (if you’re not going to the Gardens and Rose show dinner that is).
Remember that this is not a race and is simply a social event that will be fun.
