Greetings to all CAR Team Leaders, Counters, Spotters & Volunteers,
This year we are counting on SATURDAY 25th July 2015.
Please will all CAR participants let me know urgently names, numbers in your team, and availability of vehicles. I would like to get the teams sorted on routes soonest as I am not here for this winter count. I will need to hand over to my colleague timeously. So please assist us in getting these details to me asap. Kindly send to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com (both will reach me). You can phone me on 078 988 7502 to discuss any problems.

PHOTOGRAPHS: This count we would like photos of each team on their route please: Even on your smart phone if you don’t have a camera.
Please will all teams, whether you have already sent me communication or not, resend your confirmations for 25th July 2014 . Please state 25th July in your email so that there is no overlap/confusion.
The briefing will take place at the Wakkerstroom Country Inn at the OWL ROOM at 17h00 (5.00pm). Please obtain your refreshments well before 17h00 so that the start will not be delayed.
