Ina Millman will be conducting a workshop at Papillon Theatre on Saturday and Sunday 19 and 20 October. The subject is “Birds”. Students will be taught techniques to paint feathers, as well as how to do a good composition. Ina will be doing a step-by-step demonstration, so that aspiring artists of all levels can follow.
However, each person will be painting a different bird. Ina has very good reference photographs for each course participant, so don’t stress if you do not have a good photograph. You may borrow one of Ina’s photos. Ina will be painting in oils, but you may paint in any medium you choose.
Time: 9 am to 3.30 pm both days, but you may leave when you are tired. Ina will be on hand to help until 4 pm each afternoon.
Date: 19 & 20 Qctober 2013.
