The Wakkerstroom Villager
is a romantic self-catering suite for two, set in the heart of the village with nature on your doorstep. Secure parking is alongside your unit. There’s a shower as well as romantic Victorian claw foot bath. The queen bed is dressed in percale linen, anti-allergic goose down duvet and draped with a mosquito net. A quaint ‘tiny’ kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday, including coffee pod machine, bar fridge, microwave and 2 plate gas stove. A semi-enclosed veranda offers perfect protection for breezy days, and a comfy seating area faces the wood burning fireplace for chilly evenings, watching the flames. You have your own boma and braai area and the added option to book for delicious meals on site. There’s a bookshelf laden with good reads, a CD player, a picnic basket for a spur of the moment outing and golf clubs for a putt-putt challenge.

DeKotzenhof Guesthouse offers a new grassed campsite with 4 sites with private ablutions. and 2 x sites with no ablution for campervans and those that have it all.
Each site can have a maximum of 4 people and has its own tap, braai and access to a power point (Bring own 30meter extension cable).
Wash up facilities are available. Wi-Fi and shop/deli with ice, charcoal, wood, cooldrinks, and limited meat is available at the Guesthouse just meters away
It is set in the heart of the Wakkerstroom village, with expansive mountain views. You will wake to Guinea fowls and chickens, and often have cattle walking by, but be close enough to walk to a restaurants and bird hides.
For pensioners we will waiver the daily site fee after the first night stay.
